All of our policies have been put into place to serve you safely and more efficiently.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10 POLICY
We write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. We love kids, half of our staff are parents themselves and we understand this is a sensitive issue. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, children may not accompany you in the color area or the salon floor unless they are having a service. We cannot assure their safety in a salon environment with sharp instruments, hot styling tools, and chemicals.

Children under 10 may not be left alone in the waiting area at any time. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending, and hope that you will assist us in keeping our salon a safe environment. “We truly appreciate your cooperation.”

Booking Deposit Policy
All new guests booking a hair service with a starting price of $85 or more will be required to pay a $50 booking deposit. This deposit will go towards your service unless you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, are a no show, or are more than 15 minutes late.

If you do have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, are more than 15 minutes late, or a no show you will be required to pay a $50 booking deposit for every service for the next year.

Microblading Booking Deposit
All guests booking a microblading service will be required to pay a $200 booking deposit. This deposit will go towards your service unless you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, are a no show, or are more than 15 minutes late.

Refund Policy
Unopened and unused retail, that is not on closeout, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Service Tweak Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your hair service and need an adjustment or a tweak you must notify the salon within 72 hours of your service.
